Am dat ieri un mesaj cu textul : RAZBOI 98 la nr 1261 .
greseala mea a fost ca nu am scris si TXT .. pot primi creditele ?

1.Toate topicurile si posturile din aceasta sectiune trebuie aprobate de admini. Daca ati postat si nu v-a aparut postul, nu va impacientati. Asteptati!
Data viitoare am rugamintea sa nu mai deschizi 2 topicuri. Rabdare
2. E posibil sa se rezolve, dar nu bag mana in foc. O sa apara un administrator si iti va spune exact.

Sms-urile trimise in alt format decat cel nou, impus de fortumo.ro nu apar in lista noastra, deci nu le putem confirma si nici deconta.
Iti sugerez sa trimiti un email la supportro@fortumo.com in care sa le explici cazul tau si sa-i rogi sa-ti includa sms-ul trimis in lista clientului office@razboi.ro. Sa nu uiti sa specifici nr. tau de mobil complet, data cand l-ai trimis si continutul mesajului.

Sms-urile trimise in alt format decat cel nou, impus de fortumo.ro nu apar in lista noastra, deci nu le putem confirma si nici deconta.

eu am dat 2 sms-uri , primul a fost gresit ( cel de care zic aici si un altul dupa accea trimis corect )

We checked our system and saw you have sent one message to TXT RAZBOI 98 and it was sent successfully. Was there another one before without the TXT?
If yes, then we can suggest you to ask mobile operators if they agree on cancelling your purchase. However, if you sent only one message then it was sent correctly. The service owner should see the message on his account as well.
